Qualifications:
- successfully completed technical or scientific university studies, e.g. physics or medical technology, preferably with a doctorate
- many years of professional experience in the field of system engineering for opto-mechatronic systems, ideally with a focus on medical technology or biophotonics
- profound knowledge of project management in combination with practical experience in development projects
- experience in leading working groups or teams; also in an intercultural environment
- experience in dealing with international customers, development partners and suppliers
- strong communication, presentation and moderation skills as well as very good German and English language skills
- high target and result orientation as well as organizational skills
- enjoy working in and with teams as well as in an interface-intensive role
- willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
